Kimberley Gittens, BSc., MHSc., RD
Kimberley is a Registered Dietitian based in Ontario. Canada, supporting clients in both Canada and Barbados. She completed her undergraduate degrees in Bio-Medical Science, and Nutrition at the University of Guelph and Acadia University before completing her Marsters at Toronto Metropolitan University.
She has worked in both community and clinical settings with a focus on diabetes, chronic disease management and nutrition in aging.
Kimberley supports clients in improving their health through personalized nutritional education and recommendations during virtual appointments.

Initial Appointment
Starting at $100
Initial appointments last up to 1 hour and include a review of your medical history, medications and supplements, and current dietary habits.
Follow Up Appointments
Starting at $60
Follow-up appointments are a time to check in with your Registered Dietitian, discuss challenges and develop new goals.
Programs
Starting at $590
Kimberley offers programs to support your goals. Programs run for 3 months & include an initial appointment, follow-up appointments & chat support between appointments.

Are you currently accepting clients?
Yes! Although I am accepting new clients, there are a limited number of spots available. You can learn more about working with me and apply here.
Can I work with you if I live outside of Ontario?

Do you offer meal plans?
While Kimberley does not offer meals plans as they can be restrictive, she can provide recommendations for meals and snacks during your appointments.
Are Registered Dietitians covered by insurance?
Yes, many allied healthcare services, including Registered Dietitians, are covered by insurance.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes! Direct billing is available for some insurance providers. Send us an email to confirm if we can bill your insurance directly.
If direct billing is not available for your insurance provider, we can invoices for you to submit with your claim.

Closed on Sunday and Monday.
